Shipping Policy

 

Each order is carefully prepared at our brand-operated fulfillment warehouse,

and shipped through our global logistics network for safe, timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • US / UK / EU: 7–15 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

(Delivery time may vary depending on customs processing and the local postal service.)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please note that once the package has been handed over to the courier, the logistics provider is responsible for the delivery process until it reaches you.

If a package is returned to us due to failure to pick up or refusal to receive the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost, including the second shipping fee.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🌍 Taxes & Customs Duties

  • USA: Orders above USD $800 may incur import taxes.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Laira piece.
If the item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us first at 📩 laira.service@gmail.com to initiate the return.

All return shipments must include a tracking number.
If a package is returned without tracking and goes missing, we cannot process a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued within 2 business days.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return package is lost in transit, we can only issue a refund after the courier completes an official investigation (1–4 weeks depending on region).

Gift cards are non-refundable.


💠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 📩 laira.service@gmail.com

Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We do not cover accidental damage or normal wear.
If the item is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.
Returned items will be refunded automatically, and you may place a new order for a different size or style.


📝 Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications (size, style, color, address changes) cannot be made.
If the order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and place a new order.

We cannot merge multiple orders into one shipment.
Each order is processed independently for security and accuracy.
